Temp-Team

  • After being unemployed for 2½ years, I was encouraged to submit my CV to a temporary employment agency, and it ended up with Temp-Team. The first temporary position I was offered was in the period from August 2014 until the end of the year. While I was with the company, I was encouraged to apply for a position in that company. I got it and started a permanent position on 1 January 2015. So my short time in Temp-Team turned into a permanent position in a large IT company and thus the start of a new life without unemployment insurance and a job center that is always there for you.

  • I have used Temp-Team because that is how the Danish labour market works. There are several companies that only hire through temps, and I have found that Temp-Team is an excellent partner. I think they are good at listening to you and you are accepted.

  • Absolutely brilliant supply agency! These agencies are not all the same. Ed World are a kind, caring bunch of motivated professionals who have supported me unendingly over the last 3 years. When Covid hit, I was working 80% of my time with another agency - and only 20% of my tine with Education World. Ed Network chose not to pay any staff any furlough payments. Ed World DID. That's when you realize the difference between a supply agency that is just a sales outfit, and one like Education World that values and protects its teachers. I couldn't recommend Ed World highly enough.

The support we have had from the individual for the student has been fantastic his ability to promote independence for the student and support when needed has been to the highest standard.   • We have been working with EWRS for some years now, and we have a fantastic working relationship with them. We have used them for our temporary labour for our shop floor operatives as well as some of our permanent posts and have found them, particularly Stephen Boyer to be really proactive and professional. He works so hard and goes over and above for us. I trust EWRS to find us the right candidates for the roles we need here as they fully understand our business needs and recruit accordingly. They come on-site to do the induction process for all new starters and this has proven to be very beneficial, so the worker can see the working environment beforehand and exactly what he job entails. Stephen has been known to do these at all hours of the day and evening for us, so we can get the worker in on the next shift without any delays!
