A dream of having an impact on his own working life led in 1979 Erik Juhler to take the first steps and establish Temp-Team.
With him, he had solid experience from the world of recruitment and the awareness of what a difference it makes for people to experience that their contribution to the labor market has value.
A sparsely furnished room at Vesterbro in Copenhagen formed the first framework for Temp-Team. With a sustained focus on always having the human being at the centre and a disciplined and targeted work effort, Temp-Team grew into a healthy company within a few years.
A rapid bud shoot followed. First with committed employees at several addresses in Copenhagen and later with departments in Aarhus and Odense. Today, Temp-Team also has a prominent role on the recruitment scene in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
